Where is Zyora based?

We’re proudly based in Australia, Melbourne. With our designs inspired by modern minimalism and everyday elegance.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Zyora currently ships only within Australia. We’re working on expanding, and international shipping may be added in the future.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 days depending on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing.

How can I track my order?

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
